Having depression is no more your fault than having a cold is your fault. Do you feel hopeless, powerless, or worthless? Many people suffer with depression, it is nothing to be ashamed of. Many people in the Bible also suffered with depression. Depression is serious, and can have a major effect on your relationships, career, heath, and overall quality of life. Hope deferred makes the heart sick, But when the desire comes, it is a tree of life.
You can overcome procrastination and depression to start a path to success. Defeating depression is not easy, it can be a difficult road to travel. It takes faith in God, effort, dedication, and courage, but you can do it. In our sessions, we can build you a toolbox that prepares you to battle depression within the circumstances of daily life. Beating depression takes time, we can make some progress in the first few sessions, but beating depression is a process that takes time. There will be ups and downs, if you stick to the process and put your faith in God, it is possible to overcome depression.
