Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your appointments are very important to Dr. Kirk. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, in order to qualify for a refund, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
